Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta Shells

  1. Boil salted water.
  2. Add shells and cook until al dente.
  3. Drain but reserve ½ cup pasta water.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  1. Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet until shimmering.
  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer — do NOT overcrowd.
  4. Sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Add butter + garlic. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove from heat.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Shell Sauce

  1. In a second pan (or the same wiped pan), melt 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 20–30 seconds.
  3. Add heavy cream, simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan, whisk until creamy.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add the cooked shells and mix.
  7. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water.

🍽️ 4. Serve

Plate the creamy Parmesan shells, top with garlic butter steak bites, and spoon extra garlic butter from the pan over the top.
Finish with fresh parsley if you like.
