
🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta Shells
- Boil salted water.
- Add shells and cook until al dente.
- Drain but reserve ½ cup pasta water.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Steak Bites
- Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a hot skillet until shimmering.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer — do NOT overcrowd.
- Sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
- Add butter + garlic. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat.
3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Shell Sauce
- In a second pan (or the same wiped pan), melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add garlic and sauté 20–30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, simmer 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan, whisk until creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cooked shells and mix.
- If sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water.
🍽️ 4. Serve
Plate the creamy Parmesan shells, top with garlic butter steak bites, and spoon extra garlic butter from the pan over the top.
Finish with fresh parsley if you like.
