Instructions
- Cook Pasta:
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Honey Garlic Sauce:
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
- Toss chicken in the sauce until coated.
- Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in cream until smooth.
- Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until thickened.
- Combine:
- Toss pasta with Parmesan cream sauce. Fold in honey garlic chicken.
- Serve:
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Enjoy warm!
If you want, I can also make a super easy, one-pan version where the pasta cooks directly in the creamy sauce with the chicken—less cleanup and extra creamy!
Do you want me to make that version too?
