Instructions

  1. In a large jar or bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and seeds.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until combined — dough will be sticky.
  3. Cover and let rise 1–2 hours until doubled.
  4. Transfer dough into a greased loaf pan or oven-safe jar.
  5. Sprinkle extra seeds on top.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
