🛒 Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup melted butter (or oil)
  • ¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
