2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a touch of heat)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
