Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven:
425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Season cauliflower:
Toss florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. - Roast:
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. - Finish & serve:
Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with lemon juice, or add chili flakes.
Serve hot as a side or snack!
