🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Fritter Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small patties or balls (about 2 inches in diameter).
2️⃣ Coat the Fritters
- Dredge each patty in flour, shaking off excess.
- Optional: for extra crunch, dip in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs again.
3️⃣ Fry the Fritters
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry fritters 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Serve
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce: ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo.
- Great alongside a salad, fries, or steamed veggies.
💡 Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying — fritters cook more evenly in batches.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for an extra-crispy crust.
- Can be baked at 400°F / 200°C for 15–20 minutes as a lighter alternative.
