Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken

Instructions

1. Cook the chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sear chicken 4–5 min per side until golden.
  3. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the creamy sauce

  1. In the same pan add butter + garlic → cook 30 seconds.
  2. Add broth and simmer 1 minute.
  3. Pour in cream + Italian herbs.
  4. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

3. Combine

Return chicken to the pan.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through and sauce is creamy.


4. Serve

Garnish with parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or vegetables.
