Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 g (7 oz) pasta of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Make creamy sauce: Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, and stir until smooth. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
