1. Make the creamy filling

In a bowl mix:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Mix until smooth and creamy.


2. Shape

Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into small balls.
(If too soft, chill 10–15 minutes.)


3. Coat

Roll each ball in:

  1. Flour
  2. Egg
  3. Breadcrumbs

For extra crunch → dip again in egg + breadcrumbs.


4. Fry

Heat oil on medium.

Place on a paper towel.
