Coconut Rice Chocolate Bars


Instructions

  1. Make coconut rice mixture
    Heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Mix with cooked rice and shredded coconut until sticky.
  2. Shape
    Form into small bars or rectangles. Place on a tray and freeze 30–60 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate
    Melt chocolate (add coconut oil if you want smoother coating).
  4. Dip
    Coat each bar in melted chocolate using a fork.
  5. Set
    Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
