Cloud Cake (Fluffy & Soft Recipe)

Instructions:

  1. Melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  2. Separate eggs.
  3. Mix egg yolks with cream cheese, then add melted chocolate.
  4. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold egg whites into the mixture.
  6. Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 160°C for about 25–30 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
