
Instructions:
- Melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Separate eggs.
- Mix egg yolks with cream cheese, then add melted chocolate.
- Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the mixture.
- Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 160°C for about 25–30 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
