
🍫🧁 Chocolate-Stuffed Marble Cupcakes
Ingredients
Cupcakes
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
Chocolate Swirl
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk
Chocolate Filling
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk until smooth.
- Divide batter in half. Mix cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk into one half.
- Spoon vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into liners. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Add 1 teaspoon chocolate chips or spread to the center of each cupcake and lightly cover with batter.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set. Cool slightly before serving.
