Ingredients

  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onion or parsley, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Dijon mustard (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice (1 tsp)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until creamy.
  2. Stir in cranberries, celery, and herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper (add mustard or lemon juice if using).
  4. Slice croissants and gently open.
