Chicken, Garlic, and Cheese Wraps

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, or sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Cook garlic:
    Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Prepare chicken:
    Add cooked chicken slices to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss with garlic for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Assemble wraps:
    Place tortillas on a flat surface. Divide chicken and garlic mixture between tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add optional veggies if desired.
  4. Wrap & heat:
    Roll tortillas tightly. Place in a skillet or panini press over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until cheese melts and wraps are golden.
  5. Serve:
    Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
