
🌶️🧀🍝 CHEESY CAJUN BEEF FETTUCCINE WITH SPICY GARLIC BUTTER CREAM
Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Season beef with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef quickly until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Pour in heavy cream, add red pepper flakes, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and beef back to the skillet. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
