🧾 Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 2–3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (or pasta instead)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes or red bell pepper
  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella (or mozzarella + cheddar mix)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the beef
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Sauté onion until soft.
