Cauliflower Bomb Wrapped in Bacon

Instructions:

  1. Clean the cauliflower but keep it whole. Cook it in lightly salted water until half-tender. Remove and let it dry completely.
  2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little fat until soft. Mix with the ground meat, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Combine well.
  3. Lay the bacon slices on parchment paper in a circular pattern, overlapping from a central point. Place the cauliflower in the center and cover it with the seasoned meat mixture. Fold the bacon slices over the top to enclose everything.
  4. Transfer to a preheated oven at 175–180°C (350–355°F) and bake for about 60 minutes.
    • If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
