
Butter Rum Muffins 🧁🥃
Soft, rich muffins with warm buttery flavor and a hint of rum—perfect for dessert or a special coffee break.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tbsp dark rum (or rum extract)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Powdered sugar or rum glaze
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin. - Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. - Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk butter, eggs, milk, rum, and vanilla. - Combine
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until combined. - Bake
Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. - Serve
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
