Broiled Lobster Tails in Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce ✨

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Lobster

  • Preheat broiler to high.
  • With kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to the tail, then gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell (but still attached at the base).

2. Garlic Butter Mixture

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush lobster tails generously with the mixture.

3. Broil the Lobster

  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  • Broil 8–10 minutes, depending on size, until opaque and slightly browned on top.

4. Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, add remaining garlic butter.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and creamy.

5. Serve

  • Drizzle warm creamy garlic butter sauce over lobster tails.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

🍽️ Best Served With:

  • Garlic mashed potatoes 🥔
  • Steamed asparagus or broccoli 🥦
  • Crusty bread (to dip in that sauce!) 🥖
  • A chilled glass of white wine 🍷

Would you like me to also give you a grilled version with the same creamy garlic butter sauce, or do you prefer it strictly broiled in the oven?
