Baked Parmesan Potato Fries

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the potatoes

  • Cut potatoes into fries (no need to peel).
  • Soak in cold water 20 minutes (optional, makes them crispier).
  • Drain and pat dry well.

2. Season

In a bowl mix:

  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Add fries and coat well.

3. Bake
