Ingredients (makes 12 bombs):

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (or American cheese squares cut into chunks)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough)

Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
