Hétvezér tokány 🇭🇺 is a hearty Hungarian meat stew named after the “Seven Chieftains” (Hét vezér) of the Magyar tribes. This dish reflects the robust, smoky, and savory flavors of traditional Hungarian cuisine. It’s similar to pörkölt, but usually made with a mix of meats (often pork, beef, and smoked sausage), and flavored with paprika, onions, garlic, and sometimes sour cream.
