🛒 Ingredients (Makes about 24 Kiffles)

For the Dough:

✔ 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour 🌾
✔ ½ tsp salt 🧂
✔ 200g (7 oz) butter, cold and cubed 🧈
✔ 100g (½ cup) sour cream 🥛
✔ 1 egg yolk 🥚
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

For the Filling (Choose One or Mix & Match!):

Apricot or raspberry jam 🍑🍓
Ground walnuts + sugar + milk 🌰
Poppy seed filling 🌱

For Topping:
