1. Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients:
- 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream
- ½ cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate with cream)
- ¼ cup cookie crumbs (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate (melted for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate (melted for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Prepare a tall glass or dessert bowl.
- Add a base layer of cookie crumbs at the bottom.
- Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the glass.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate ganache over the ice cream.
- Decorate with swirls of white and dark chocolate.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
2. Chocolate Mousse with Crunc
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup melted dark chocolate
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate pearls or flakes (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Divide into serving bowls or glasses.
- Top with chocolate pearls or flakes for added crunch.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
