🍵 Bay Leaf & Clove Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 dried bay leaves
  • 3–5 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (optional, for extra flavor)
  • Lemon slice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add bay leaves and cloves (and cinnamon if using).
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and let it steep for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired.
