
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 30 g fresh yeast (3 dkg)
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
Filling:
- 400 g cottage cheese (túró)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet vanilla pudding (cooked and cooled)
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a little sugar.
- Knead flour, butter, salt, sugar, and yeast mixture into a soft dough.
- Let rise for about 40 minutes.
- Prepare cottage cheese filling and cooled pudding separately.
- Roll out dough and cut into squares.
- Add fillings in the center and shape into small “nests.”
- Place on baking tray and let rest 15–20 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
