Hungarian Honey Sponge Cake – Don’t Lose This Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. In another bowl, mix egg yolks with sugar and honey until creamy.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold in the egg whites.
  5. Pour into a baking tray.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
