Ingredients

Dough

• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm milk
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp salt

Walnut Filling

• 2 cups finely ground walnuts
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Brushing

• 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp milk
