🥕 Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms (button or mixed), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp dried dill (key flavor!)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce (optional but adds depth)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, brightens flavor)
