Ingredients
Cake Layers
- 8 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g finely ground walnuts (or almonds)
- 3 tbsp flour
- Pinch of salt
Buttercream Filling
- 8 egg yolks
- 120 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 250 g butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze & Decoration
- 150 g white chocolate
- 50 g dark chocolate
- Chopped walnuts or almonds for sides
