  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)

For the walnut filling:

  • 300 g ground walnuts
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

For brushing:

  • 1 egg (for glaze)
