🧾 Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For coating:

  • 100 g melted butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • Optional: cinnamon, cocoa powder, chopped nuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Activate yeast:
    Mix yeast with lukewarm milk and a little sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  1. Make dough:
    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, melted butter, and yeast mixture.
  2. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.

  1. Let rise:
    Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.

  1. Shape:
    Roll dough into long strips.
  2. Wrap strips around a greased rolling pin or cone mold, slightly overlapping.

  1. Coat:
    Brush with melted butter and roll in sugar (or cinnamon sugar).
