• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 pinch salt

For the filling:

• 300 ml heavy cream
• 150 g dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the glaze:

• 150 g dark chocolate
• 100 ml heavy cream
• 1 tbsp butter
