🧾 Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 7 g dry yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Oil (for frying)

For topping (classic):

  • 2–3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 150 g grated cheese
