🧾 Ingredients:

For the pastry:

• 2 sheets puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

For the custard:

• 1 liter milk
• 6 egg yolks
• 150 g sugar
• 2 packets vanilla pudding powder (or 80 g cornstarch)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the meringue layer:

• 6 egg whites
• 100 g sugar

Optional topping:

• Powdered sugar for dusting
