🧾 Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 500 g potatoes (peeled)
- 150–200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 pinch salt
For the filling:
- 10–12 plums (pitted)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
For coating:
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 2–3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
