
Pork with Potatoes
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 500 g (1 lb) pork (shoulder or loin), cut into cubes
- 4–5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp oil or lard
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 tomato, chopped or 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1–2 cups water or broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish
