📝 Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) pork loin or pork shoulder, cut into small cubes
  • 3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp oil or lard
  • 1 tsp marjoram (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes

  • Fry diced potatoes in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the meat

  • Heat oil or lard in a large pan.
  • Add pork cubes and cook until browned.

3. Add aromatics

  • Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Stir in garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and marjoram.

4. Combine

  • Return fried potatoes to the pan.
  • Toss everything together and cook for a few more minutes.

5. Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
