Hungarian Palacsinta (Crepes)

Ingredients:

  • 200 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300 ml (1¼ cups) milk
  • 100 ml (about 1/2 cup) sparkling water (or still water)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet version)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (plus extra for cooking)
