🧾 Ingredients
For the sponge cake layers:

- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the chocolate buttercream:
- 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate
- 200 g (7 oz) butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup (150 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the caramel topping:
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
