- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped) or 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–1.2 L water or broth
