Ingredients

• 2 large cucumbers (thinly sliced)
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 100 ml water
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp paprika (optional)
• 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for creamy version)
