Dough

  • 400 g all-purpose flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Cream

  • 700 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp semolina
  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Top

  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat honey, butter, sugar, cocoa, and eggs together on low heat.
  2. Add baking soda and flour, mix to make a dough.
  3. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll into thin layers.
  4. Bake each layer at 180°C for 6–8 minutes.
  5. Cook milk with semolina until thick, cool it.
  6. Mix butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then combine with the semolina cream.
  7. Spread cream between the layers.
  8. Place the last layer on top and dust with powdered sugar.
  9. Refrigerate 4–6 hours before cutting.
