Ingredients

For the Sponge Layers

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Caramel Topping

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
