  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
