
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes (peeled, cut)
- 200 g chicken breast (small pieces)
- 1 smoked sausage
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tomato or 1 tbsp tomato paste
- water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion.
- Add paprika and mix quickly.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for a few minutes.
- Add sliced sausage, potatoes, garlic and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour water to cover the ingredients.
- Cook on medium heat 25–30 minutes until potatoes are soft.
Serve hot with bread.
