Hungarian Sweet Pasta with Breadcrumbs and Apricot Jam (Morzsás Tészta)

Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (wide noodles)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter or oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • apricot jam
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.
  2. In a pan melt butter and toast the breadcrumbs until golden.
  3. Add sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and mix with the sweet breadcrumbs.
  5. Serve with apricot jam on top and sprinkle powdered sugar.
