
Ingredients
- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits (or plain biscuits)
- 100 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2–3 tbsp strong coffee (cooled)
- 2 tbsp butter (soft)
- cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix mascarpone, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add biscuit crumbs and coffee, mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the balls in cocoa powder before serving.
