
Ingredients
- 400 g egg noodles
- 500 g sauerkraut (drained)
- 150 g bacon or smoked sausage (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and black pepper
- 200 ml sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles in salted water and drain.
- In a pan cook bacon and onion until golden.
- Add sauerkraut and paprika, cook for 10 minutes.
- Mix the sauerkraut mixture with the noodles.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with sour cream on top.
